Composite Truck Campers

Enduro Campers SuperTourer

Contributions: Shell & interior modeling (Fusion 360), manufacturing documentation, fabrication support

We worked with Enduro Campers in the development of the SuperTourer, a chassis-mounted composite camper offering industry-leading technology. Each build was custom-fit to the truck application.

The camper shell was constructed from composite panels and proprietary extrusions. Design elements included the following:

• Panel architecture optimizing suspension travel, weight distribution, and chassis fitment

• Linear actuator powered roof, custom mounting brackets

• Custom sheet metal components: MOLLE, awning brackets, blind spot monitor mounts, valences​

• Exterior lighting and cameras

The interior design optimized packaging constraints to include the following:

• Premium sheet metal and composite build-out

• Optimized electrical and system layout

• Under-bed storage system

• ​Integrated fuel filler​
